Ingredients

  • 100 g rice flour
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Put the flour together with the eggs in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Then add the sugar, yoghurt and salt. Finally pour in the water and stir everything well again.
  2. Heat a (coated) pan with a tablespoon of oil and fry the dough until it is yellow-brown on both sides.
  3. Tip: At the end of the dough add a pear, grated or cut into wafer-thin slices. Tastes delicious!
