Ingredients

  • 12 lasagne plate (s), green
  • 450 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • 3 tablespoon processed cheese, reduced fat
  • 500 ml broth
  • 3 slices boiled ham, lean
  • 140 g cheese, rated, reduced fat
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven.
  2. Thaw the spinach. Lightly sauté the spinach in a pan. Chop the garlic and add to the spinach, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Warm the broth and melt the processed cheese in it, season to taste. Cut the ham into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Now layer everything: some sauce, some spinach, some ham and some cheese, then a layer of lasagne sheets. Keep doing this until everything is used up. Finally sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bake at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
