Ingredients

  • 500 g natural yohurt, 3.5% fat
  • 200 g blueberries, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 4 stalks mint

Instructions

  1. Wash the blueberries and pat dry. Save a few for decoration. Pluck the leaves from the mint and roughly chop. Save two sheets for decoration.
  2. Pour the yoghurt into a bowl, add the honey, stir well and let it steep a little. Fold in the blueberries and stir in the mint too.
  3. Serve the yogurt in bowls and decorate with a few blueberries and mint leaves.
