Lightly Salted Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon – 200 g
  • Salt – 10 g
  • Black pepper – 1 g
  • Lemon zest – 2 teaspoon
  • Fresh dill – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare the ingredients for the preparation of lightly salted salmon.
  2. Sprinkle a flat plate with salt, pepper, and finely grated lemon zest. Lemon zest is needed to prevent the fish from breaking down into fibers, as well as for a bright refreshing aroma and taste.
  3. Put salmon fillets 1 cm thick on a plate, sprinkle with the above spices again, adding chopped dill (do not replace with other herbs). We leave it in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours, covered with cling film.
  4. Lightly salted salmon is ready.
