Ingredients

  • 1 liter water, lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cube yeast (42 g)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
  • g 1,100 spelled or wheat, round (alternatively whole wheat flour)
  • 200 g rains, mixed (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds)
  • Fat for the molds

Instructions

  1. Mix lukewarm water with salt, yeast and honey until the yeast has dissolved. Mix with the flour and grain mixture. The result is a very soft dough. Do not let this dough rise, but place immediately in 2 greased and possibly floured loaf tins. Make a lengthwise cut through the dough with a knife so that the crust breaks open evenly.
  2. Bake in a non-preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 60-70 minutes. The bread is ready when you tap the underside and it sounds hollow.
  3. Turn out of the molds and let cool down well on a wire rack.
