Ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon cream yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Let the butter melt.
- Mix the egg yolks, yoghurt, salt and lemon juice in a tall, narrow mixing beaker with the magic wand. Pour the hot butter very slowly into the egg yolk mixture and keep stirring until a smooth sauce is formed.
