Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente.
  2. Fry the diced onion with mince, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Beat the eggs and mix with the broth and milk.
  4. Mix the pasta and mince in a greased casserole dish and pour the milk mixture over it. Sprinkle small pieces of butter, breadcrumbs and grated cheese on top and bake the casserole at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
