Ingredients
- 2 dl cream
- 20 g butter, cold, in flakes
- 1 lime (s), unsprayed, grated zest, juice squeezed out
- 1 teaspoon broth, grained from the chicken
- 1 dl cream, beaten until stiff!
- Pepper, whiter from the mill

- Reduce the cream by approx. 70% until it is creamy. Assemble with the cold butter, add the lime juice and the grated peel, season with the granulated broth and pepper. Just before serving, bring the sauce to the boil again and swish under the whipped cream with the whisk.
