Ingredients
- 250 g mascarpone
- 150 g sour cream
- 200 g natural yourt, 1.5%
- 5 tablespoon limoncello
- 1 teaspoon, leveled gelatine fix
- 1 lime (s), untreated
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- Seasonal fruit

- Put the mascarpone, sour cream and yogurt in a bowl. Stir in the limoncello and gelatine fix. Grate the peel of an unsprayed lime and add it with the juice of half a lime. Mix everything quickly, season to taste and, if necessary, sweeten with a little icing sugar.
- Fill into small dessert bowls and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Garnish with fresh fruit before serving.
