Ingredients

  • 250 g cream
  • 3 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 6 cl liqueur (limoncello)
  • 1 lemon (s), zest
  • 2 egg whites
  • 80 g suar

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream and sprinkle with creme fraiche, limoncello and lemon zest
  2. stir.
  3. Beat 2 egg whites with sugar until very stiff.
  4. Fold in the egg white mixture into the cream mixture.
  5. Pour into a bowl or parfait dish and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  6. If you want, you can leave the parfait outside for about 20 minutes before serving so that it melts slightly and becomes a little creamier.
