Ingredients

  • 60 ml rice vinegar
  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • 60 ml sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoon chilli oil, hot
  • 4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon ginger, fresh, chopped up
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ garlic, fresh, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt or to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a dressing shaker or in a bowl and stir or shake. Put the dressing on the salad just before serving.
  2. It can also be wonderfully prepared a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. The dressing goes best with an Asian salad made from red cabbage, white cabbage, carrots, spring onions, etc.
