Ingredients

  • 2 slices beef liver (s), a.150g
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 2 small apples
  • butter
  • Flour
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Peel the apples and cut into slices.
  2. Prepare the flour on a flat plate.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan, sweat the onion rings until translucent and fry the diced apple.
  4. Pepper the liver, turn in flour, knock off excess flour and fry the liver on onions and apples.
  5. Only add salt to the liver after it has been seared!
