Ingredients

  • 1 pork loin (s)
  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g parmesan, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. First peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Then fry the pork loin whole and unseasoned on all sides (4 - 5 minutes in total). Drain the potatoes.
  4. Mix the wine, cream, créme fraîche and season with the parmesan, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  5. Now stack the potatoes like a roof tile on a baking tray or in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, place the loin on top (still whole!).
  6. Sizzle in the hot oven for about 25 minutes. Let the loin rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. A green salad goes well with it.
