Ingredients
- 1 head Lollo Rosso
- 8 cherry tomatoes (date tomatoes)
- 3 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- sugar
- salt and pepper
- thyme

- Clean and wash the lettuce. Spin dry the Lollo Rosso and cut into strips. Mix yogurt, olive oil, white wine vinegar and the spices into a dressing. Mix the Lollo Rosso with the dressing.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Arrange the salad on plates and serve garnished with the tomatoes.
