Ingredients

  • 1 head Lollo Rosso
  • 8 cherry tomatoes (date tomatoes)
  • 3 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the lettuce. Spin dry the Lollo Rosso and cut into strips. Mix yogurt, olive oil, white wine vinegar and the spices into a dressing. Mix the Lollo Rosso with the dressing.
  2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Arrange the salad on plates and serve garnished with the tomatoes.
