Ingredients
- 250 g butter, melted
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 g flour
- 4 egg (s)
- 50 g cornstarch
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- some powdered sugar, for dusting

- Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and mix well with the melted butter. Stir in the eggs. Mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and cocoa and stir in.
- Grease a 26 ring cake pan or springform pan (if you like the cake taller, use a smaller pan) and sprinkle with durum wheat semolina. Pour the dough into the mold and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 45 minutes.
- Let cool a little, remove from the mold and dust lightly with powdered sugar.
