Ingredients
- g 1,000 beetroot, raw
- 2 apples, sour
- 1 large vegetable onion (s)
- 1 bunch parsley or 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 bunch wild garlic or 2 tablespoons dried wild garlic
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1 teaspoon, heaped horseradish
- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard
- 1 teaspoon, heaped honey
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon aceto balsamico 6% acid
- some salt, from the mill
- some pepper, more colorful, from the mill

- Peel the raw beetroot, apples and onions and cut into thin sticks. Chop the parsley, wild garlic and walnuts.
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in the refrigerator for a day so that all ingredients can soak through.
