Ingredients
- 2 bunch lovage
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 100 ml oil, (safflower oil)
- 50 g cheese, (Comté)
- 1 pinch tandoori masala

- Finely chop the cashews and mix with the finely chopped lovage. Finely grate the cheese and add to the lovage mixture. Put everything with the tandori spice in a mortar, grate and gradually add the oil. Put in a screw-top jar and cover with oil.
