Low Calorie Cocoa

Instructions

  1. Simply stir the baking cocoa into hot water. The pinch of salt is important so that it doesn`t get bitter. Don`t worry - it doesn`t taste salty. If you like, you can also add a little cinnamon or vanilla sugar. But depending on the amount, it goes more and more out of the low-calorie range.
  2. For a long time I have been looking for a way to make the calorie bomb cocoa suitable for diets without losing the taste completely. Of course it doesn`t taste like cocoa with milk, but it tastes like it does from a machine and can be enjoyed as a tea alternative without remorse.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
