Ingredients

  • 600 g creamed spinach, frozen
  • 125 ml milk
  • 300 g low-fat quark
  • 125 ml cream
  • 120 g cheese, rated (Emmentaler)
  • 300 g lasane plate (s)
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, pressed through
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • ham or salmon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease a baking dish. Put the creamed spinach in a saucepan with the milk and let it thaw.
  2. Mix the quark with the cream, 80 g cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic to a spicy cream.
  3. Spread a few spoons of spinach on the bottom of the baking dish, place a layer of lasagne sheets on top and brush them with a little quark cream. Continue in this way until all the lasagna sheets are used up. The top layer should be spinach. Sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese and bake the lasagne for about 30 minutes until golden.
  4. If you like, you can also layer ham or salmon in between.
