Ingredients

  • 30 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon soy flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Bread spice mix, pepper, nutmeg or similar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe container (approx. 100 sq. Cm base), leave to swell a little if desired (10 min). Then microwave for 1 minute at 600 watts and enjoy.
  2. The bread can very easily be cut across, filled or toasted in the grill (e.g. with a ham and cheese topping) or browned in the pan.
