  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 60 g coconut milk with no added suar
  • 80 g blueberries
  • 15 g oil (MCT oil)
  • 20 g xylitol (suar substitute)
  • 120 ml water

Instructions

  1. Puree the chia seeds in a blender. Add all remaining ingredients and mix until everything is well mixed.
  2. Either enjoy the pudding straight away or put it in the fridge and plaster it later or the next morning.
