Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Shape into rolls by hand and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. If you like, you can make a notch in the top of the bun.
  2. From the dough you get 4 pieces or 1 bread. I still used chia seeds to sprinkle the buns. But everything else is also possible.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle shelf for about 1 hour.
  4. Approx. 180 Kcal. per serving with 4 rolls.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
