Ingredients

  • 400 g silken tofu
  • 100 g dark chocolate, at least 70% cocoa
  • 3 tablespoon stevia powder

Instructions

  1. Put the silken tofu and stevia powder in a tall mixing bowl and mix well with the hand blender.
  2. Melt the chocolate. Now simply mix the liquid chocolate with the mixture very well on a high mixing level. Warning, the chocolate should only be lukewarm when it is added to the tofu!
  3. The pudding can be served immediately.
  4. Tip: You can garnish with fruits and vary the stevia if you like. You can`t taste the stevia sweetness.
