Ingredients

  • 200 g silken tofu
  • 15 g cocoa powder, low calorie
  • 15 g protein powder (Cookies & Cream protein powder)
  • 5 drops flavor (vanilla or baking flavor)
  • 1 g konjac flour
  • 2 teaspoons liquid sweetener
  • 1 splash lemon or lime juice

Instructions

  1. Puree the silken tofu. Add sweetener, flavor and lemon juice. Mix in protein powder, cocoa and konjac flour one after the other with a whisk. Mix well so that no lumps form.
  2. Tastes great as a spread or diluted with a little yoghurt as a dip for pancakes.
