Ingredients

  • 500 g quark, 20% fat
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 100 ml skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoon nut nougat cream

Instructions

  1. Put the quark in a bowl. Mix in milk and cream well. Finally add the nut nougat cream and stir well.
  2. The cream tastes good as breakfast and with a coffee snack. Since it is a generous portion, it is easy to divide it up. When buying the nut nougat cream, make sure that it contains as few carbohydrates and sugar as possible.
