Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients. Then add everything wet and liquid and knead the dough with the dough hook of the hand mixer.
  2. Shape the dough into a bread and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. For the furrow in the middle of the bread, simply cut lengthways with a knife approx. 5 mm deep.
  3. Bake the bread at 180 ° C for 1.25 hours. Make a test with the wooden stick! The baking time varies depending on the thickness of the bread.
  4. The bread is also easy to freeze and thaw again; but it must have cooled down completely beforehand, otherwise it will be too damp.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
