  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

Instructions

  1. Use a food processor or mixer to process 100 grams of the sunflower seeds, 40 grams of the pumpkin seeds, sesame and flax seeds into flour.
  2. Mix the flour in a bowl with the remaining sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds and knead with the baking powder, salt and eggs to form a dough.
  3. Pour the dough into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
