Ingredients
- 500 g minced pork
- 1 onion (s), red
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 carrot (s)
- 5 egg (s)
- 450 ml milk
- 250 g Gouda cheese, rated
- salt and pepper
- marjoram
- basil
- Spice mixture for Hackepeter
- olive oil
- Fat for the shape

- Cut the bell pepper, zucchini, onion and carrots into small cubes.
- Mix the mince with the onions and season with salt, pepper and the minced meat mixture. Now heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the mince until it is crumbly.
- Put the diced vegetables in a greased baking dish and mix with the mince so that everything is evenly distributed.
- Mix the milk with the eggs and season with salt, pepper, marjoram and basil to taste.
- Add the egg-milk mixture to the baking dish and stir again. Finally, the Gouda is now distributed over the entire mass.
- Now bake at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
- A fresh salad also goes well with it.
