  • 1 tablespoon cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt.
  2. Heat a pan with the oil. Put the beaten eggs in the pan and top with cheese, paprika and spring onions.
  3. Turn off the stove, cover the pan with a plate and let it simmer in the residual heat until the egg has set.
