  • 120 g cheese, rated

For covering:

  • 60 g cheese, rated
  • tomato sauce
  • meat
  • Vegetables
  • rocket

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
  2. For the base, mix the quark, eggs and 120 g cheese together in a bowl and season.
  3. Tip the mixture onto the baking sheet lined with baking paper and smooth it out. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Take out the baking sheet and cover the bottom with e.g., tomato sauce, salami, ham, zucchini, mushrooms or corn. Sprinkle with 60 g of cheese and put back in the oven until the cheese is a nice color.
