  • 1 bunch asparagus, green
  • 5 wild garlic leaves, fresher, finely chopped
  • 1 handful cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 packet cottage cheese
  • 1 pack crème légère, with herbs
  • 100 g Emmentaler, rated
  • 4 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Boil or steam the asparagus for 10-15 minutes. Then distribute in a quiche pan or round cake pan.
  2. Put the remaining ingredients, except for the cherry tomatoes, in a mixing bowl and mix well with the mixer. Pour the mixture over the asparagus and distribute it. Spread the cherry tomatoes on top. Bake for about 30 - 35 minutes at 200 ° C.
