Ingredients
- 80 g parmesan, rated
- 80 g butter
- 150 g spelled flour or other flour
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 40 g wild arlic
- 2 onion (s), red
- 230 g cream cheese, sour cream or herb quark
- 4 egg (s)
- 130 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

- Grate the parmesan.
- Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, butter, sesame seeds and half of the parmesan. Immediately place in a lightly greased quiche dish and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
