Ingredients

  • 250 g konja circle, drained
  • 150 ml milk or soy milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ konjac flour
  • 2 tablespoon honey or sweetener your choice
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), including the pulp
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • 100 g fruit your choice

Instructions

  1. Take the konja circle out of the packaging, pour off the water and rinse in a sieve with clear water. The konja circle may have a slightly fishy odor that will dissipate. Otherwise it is tasteless and takes on the taste of the ingredients.
  2. Mix the milk with the konjac flour as a binding agent with a whisk. Put the konja circle and the milk mixture in a saucepan and simmer for about 3 minutes on medium heat until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Sweeten the boiled rice pudding and add the vanilla and cinnamon. Important: taste it!
  4. Wash the fruit, cut into small pieces and serve with the rice.
