- 150 g cooked ham
- 150 g cream cheese
- 60 g Gouda cheese, rated
- 180 g creamed spinach
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Put the thawed creamed spinach together with the eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix everything together until the mixture is slightly frothy.
- Then place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and distribute it so that it forms a rectangle. Spread the Gouda on top and bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
- When the cheese turns golden brown, the mass is ready. It must now cool down completely.
- Then distribute the cream cheese evenly over the mixture, pour the ham over it and roll up the dough.
- Notes: You can either eat them immediately or let them harden a little in aluminum foil in the refrigerator. Finally it is cut into slices
