Ingredients

  • 1 pack sausage (Rhenish ham sausage light) in slices (00g - 3% fat)
  • 1 medium pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 6 tablespoon yogurt 0.1%
  • 1 teaspoon herbs, frozen (8 herbs)
  • 2 tablespoon cucumber liquid
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 2 pinches curry
  • 2 pinches sugar or sweetener

Instructions

  1. Halve the ham sausage and cut very fine strips.
  2. The same goes for the pickles. Press or chop garlic.
  3. Make a marinade from the remaining ingredients, season to taste and
  4. then fold in the sausage, garlic and cucumber.
