Ingredients

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 2 banana (s), cut into pieces
  • possibly honey or
  • Sugar, to taste

Instructions

  1. Put the banana pieces in a tall, narrow container and pour the buttermilk over them. Add sugar / honey to taste.
  2. Puree everything with the hand blender.
  3. Enjoy immediately, if you let it stand, the whole thing separates and doesn`t look so tasty anymore.
  4. Contains a lot of magnesium, potassium and B vitamins, but little fat
  5. Satisfies the little hunger in between
  6. TIP:
  7. if you take overripe bananas, the amount of sugar is reduced
