Instructions

  1. Put the eggs in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Then add the ripe bananas in pieces and mix with the beaten egg. The more ripe the bananas, the easier it is to mash them. Add protein powder and baking powder and mix everything well.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and bake small pancakes.
  3. The recipe for 2 servings makes 12-15 small pancakes
