Ingredients

  • 8 dumplings
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 200 g yourt
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • some lemon juice
  • Salad herbs your choice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the lettuce, carrots, cucumber, radishes, bell pepper and spring onions into small pieces.
  2. Cut the dumplings into bite-sized pieces and fry them on all sides in a pan with oil.
  3. Mix a dressing from the remaining ingredients, season to taste and mix with the vegetables and the ravioli. Serve lukewarm.
