- 200 g spinach leaves
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic, possibly more
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- vinegar (fruit vinegar)
- 20 ml vegetable broth
- salt and pepper

- Wash the spinach and spin dry. Finely chop the onion, press the garlic and sauté both in the oil until translucent. Deglaze with a little vinegar and the vegetable stock and season with salt and pepper. Pour the hot sauce over the spinach, mix everything well and serve immediately.
