  • 12 medium potato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 cup salad (meat salad), large
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • some cucumber liquid
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Linseed oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water not too soft. Let cool and cut into slices.
  2. Peel and dice the onion, dice the pickles and half the green cucumber and add to the potatoes.
  3. Add the meat salad, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, cucumber liquid and linseed oil. Mix everything.
  4. The lettuce should steep for several hours. Season again to taste before serving.
