Ingredients
- 500 g lettuce, mixed
- 12 cherry tomato (s)
- 2 chicken fillet (s), sliced
- acon
- 2 egg (s)
- some butter or oil for frying
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- some stalks parsley
- some Maggi

- Wash the lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Fry the bacon and chicken fillets well in a pan.
- Mix all ingredients for the salad dressing together well. Divide the lettuce and tomatoes on two plates. Top with the bacon and chicken pieces.
- Fry the eggs in a little butter or oil and place one per person on the salad.
