Ingredients

  • 500 g lettuce, mixed
  • 12 cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 chicken fillet (s), sliced
  • acon
  • 2 egg (s)
  • some butter or oil for frying

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • some stalks parsley
  • some Maggi

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Fry the bacon and chicken fillets well in a pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients for the salad dressing together well. Divide the lettuce and tomatoes on two plates. Top with the bacon and chicken pieces.
  3. Fry the eggs in a little butter or oil and place one per person on the salad.
