  • 1 cube yeast
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 100 g mararine
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk, lukewarm
  • 600 grams flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • raisins

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk. Put in a bowl with sugar, salt and eggs. Add the flour, mix, then knead in the margarine and work it into a smooth dough. Let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  2. Then knead well again, divide into pieces weighing approx. 150 grams. Roll the pieces into balls and press flat. Then cut into the pieces up to the middle and fold them forward as ears, finish with raisins eyes and nose.
  3. Bake at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes until golden. Let cool on a cake rack.
