- Peel and halve the pears, cutting out the core. Cut the fruit into small pieces, weigh again, it must be 1 kg. Then chop up with the hand blender so that there are no more pieces. In a tall saucepan with 500 g of preserving sugar, let it simmer for 3-4 minutes while stirring. Pour hot into jars, sleep immediately with screw-on lids (twist-off) and let stand on your head for a few minutes.
