Ingredients

  • 375 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 2 leeks
  • 40 g fat
  • 0.25 liter ¼ broth
  • 125 g processed cheese (herb)
  • Pepper White
  • 2 cans tuna, natural

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water.
  2. Wash the leek, cut into thin rings. Then sauté in hot fat, pour in the stock and bring to the boil. Then stir in the processed cheese. Season to taste with pepper, drain the tuna, chop it up and add to the sauce. Serve with macaroni.
