Ingredients

  • 10 g salt

  • 4 tomato (s) (ox hearts)
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 200 g hummus from the refrierated shelf
  • 20 basil leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic cream

Instructions

  1. For the pizza dough, knead the flour with the yeast, salt, olive oil and water to form a dough and then let rise in a warm place until the dough has visibly enlarged.
  2. Then roll out the dough to the size of a baking sheet and bake at 230 ° C for about eight minutes. During the baking time, cut the tomatoes and cucumber into slices.
  3. After baking, let the base cool down a little and then spread the hummus while it is still warm, cover with the tomatoes and cucumber slices, season with salt and pepper and then drizzle with the balsamic cream.
