Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 3 tablespoon amaretto
  • 100 g rum raisins, homemade or bouht

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, cream, milk, sugar and amaretto well with a whisk. Finally stir in the rum raisins and chill in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
  2. Then place in the ice cream maker. For me, it stopped stirring after 20 minutes and the ice was frozen creamy.
  3. Tip: Chopped Amarena cherries also go very well with this ice cream.
