Instructions

  1. Whisk the sugar and malt beer well with a hand mixer. Stir in the flour in portions. The result is a thick pancake batter. Stir in cinnamon, cloves and ginger.
  2. When the oven is preheated to 175 ° (convection), stir in the teaspoon of baking soda and pour the dough into the loaf pan. Bake for approx. 45 - 50 minutes.
  3. The oven door must never be opened for the first 30 minutes.
