Ingredients

  • 8 tangerine (s), untreated
  • 200 g suar, brown
  • 3 star anise
  • 4 cardamom pods, pressed down
  • 150 ml vodka, or wheat grain

Instructions

  1. Wash 3 fruits, peel them as thinly as possible. Halve all fruits. Squeeze out the juice, place in a saucepan with sugar, star anise, cardamom and mandarin peel, bring to the boil. Boil down to a syrup in 6-8 minutes.
  2. Pour syrup through a sieve, stir in alcohol. Pour the liqueur into one large or several small bottles and seal them.
  3. Makes approx. 500 ml.
  4. Keeps in a cool and dark place for 2-3 months.
