Ingredients

  • 3 mandarins, aromatic
  • 200 g rock candy (brown crumb candy)
  • 1 point vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 375 ml rum, white, good quality
  • 1 lime (s), the juice
  • 1 point orange peel, grated, with glucose (finesse)

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the mandarins and lime.
  2. Put the juice of tangerines and lime with rock candy, boubon vanilla sugar, white rum and grated orange peel in a sealable glass vessel.
  3. Let steep for 4-5 days - stir occasionally.
  4. Sieve the liqueur and pour it into a clean bottle.
  5. Tastes fantastic! However, I made sure that the rum quality was good.
