Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g suar
  • 100 g mararine
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 0.5 ½ point baking powder

For the filling:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 points pudding powder, vanilla
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 600 g sour cream
  • 2 cans tangerine (s), drained

Instructions

  1. For the dough, knead all the appropriate ingredients and place in a 26-inch springform pan as a base. Form an edge and prick the bottom with a fork.
  2. Cook a pudding with the milk, sugar and pudding powder and let it cool down a little. Mix in the sour cream and the drained mandarins with the mixer and pour onto the dough.
  3. Bake at 175 ° C hot air for 60 minutes. Take out of the mold only after it has cooled down.
